token (secret, Railway token, 20-200 characters); tokenType (public, optional: account, team or project; default account).
Permissions
Account and team tokens carry the owning user's or team's access; project tokens are limited to one project and environment (UNCERTAIN: exact scopes not confirmed).

Webhooks
No webhook capability: Railway project webhooks are unsigned (UNCERTAIN), so there is no verify capability.
Limits and uncertainties
Plan-based requests per hour (Free 100, Hobby 1000, Pro 10000) with RPS caps UNCERTAIN; at most 5 GraphQL requests per execute; variable values are never returned.
